Ms. Idarus has a Bcom Accounting (India), MBA (International Business & Finance), (USA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA- K). She is a member of AWAK (Association of Women Accountants of Kenya) and Delta mu Delta – Oklahoma City University, USA

She has worked in East, West, and Southern Africa, the USA, and Asia as a Finance Director, Financial Controller, Chief Accountant, Head of Finance, and Projects Accountant.

Dr. Grace Soprin Amurle; Consultant - Organizational Development [Team Leader]

Dr. Amurle has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions in both public and international Non-for profit organizations. She has expertise and competence in financial management, setting of internal controls, risk management frameworks, strategic and business plans and in the implementation. Other key areas of expertise include human resource management and design of effective performance management systems, setting up operational policies and procedures manuals. Dr. Amurle has extensive experience working with auditors in ensuring sound internal controls and clean audit reports. She has served in various Boards and Committees including that of the Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK) , ISACA Chapter, Kenya and Chair of Audit Committee at County Government of West Pokot.

Dr. Amurle holds a PhD in Business Administration from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) , a Masters Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Management from University of Nairobi, and Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from the United States International University ( USIU).

Tom Chuma: Consultant – Financial Systems, Reporting and Tax

Mr. Chuma has over 20 years extensive experience in accounting and management systems, Tax and management consultancy and Training in both Non Profit and Corporate sectors. He is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with remarkable skills in financial planning and analysis, development of accounting and management systems, business development and strategy, tax planning and training in financial management.

Mr. Chuma holds a Diploma in Co-operative Management (Co - operative university of Kenya) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K).

He has worked in Kenya and several other African countries as Financial Consultant, Director of Finance & Administration, Finance Manager, Chief Accountant and as Financial Accountant.
